By Your Side is a charity supporting local parents with perinatal mental illness.

They are a service user forum working with Coventry and Warwickshire Perinatal Mental Health Team helping to support families with emotional difficulties during pregnancy or in the year following the birth of their child.

All members of the team have all have 'lived experience' and have themselves been seen by the team. They are wanting to help support these families through their peer support service as well as breaking down the stigma and barriers that prevent people seeking the help and support they need.

If you or someone you know have been finding things difficult recently then pop along to this stay and play, speak to the peer supporters and get to know other parents.
