A couple of weeks ago before going on holiday, we visited lots of parks in the area. We're trying to seek out the best playgrounds to share with you. We used to do pub crawls now we're doing park crawls!!

We are so lucky that we have a ton of great parks locally.

The first one that we're sharing with you is in the pretty Warwickshire village of Ilmington between Stratford upon Avon and Shipston on Stour.

Age Group

There is different equipment that is aimed at all ages. There's something for everyone.

• Climbing Frame with climbing wall, chain stairs and bridge, climbing net, tunnel and tunnel slide
• Two toddler climbing frames with slides
• Fenced in Sand Pit

• Benches

Things to Watch Out For

• There isn't a lot of shade or shelter.
• The park isn't fenced in but is a long way from the car park but it's something you might want to watch out for if you have a runner.

Toilets

There are changing rooms but they were all locked up when we visited.

Picnic Area

There is lots of grass within the playground that you can set up a picnic blanket.

Parking

Parking was super easy. There's a car park right next to the playing fields.

The park is a really nice meeting place and an amazing community resource. There is something to keep all ages entertained. It's one of our favourite parks.
